Return Window:

For a full refund, please return item within 7 days of receiving.  After 7 days, you may return the item for store credit within 30 days. 


Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.
  • Final sale, bodysuits, swimwear, accessories, and intimates are non-returnable.
  • Items must be returned in original packaging.

 

How to Start a Return:

Please email us @ Jennifer@everestroseboutique.com within 7 days of receiving your item for a full refund. Include your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and shipping details.

For returns within the 30 day window, please follow instructions provided when initiating the return. Store credit will be issued (if after 7 day window)upon receipt and inspection of the item.

Shipping Costs:

Free returns within 30 days.

Exchanges:

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. To exchange, return your item and place a new order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 3 days of delivery. Send a photo to Jennifer@everestroseboutique.com and we’ll make it right.
